Binding Agreement. These Terms govern your use of https://keebleandsons.com. By accessing the Site, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms.
Service Description. This Site describes Pressure Washing, Driveway Cleaning, House Pressure Washing, Auto Detailing Wash, Sidewalk Cleaning provided by Keeble and Sons. Estimates and quotes are issued separately and superseded by signed agreements.
Use Requirements. Submissions must be accurate and lawful. You are responsible for activities under any account credentials assigned to you.
Forbidden Use. Do not (i) break any law via the Site; (ii) interfere with operations; (iii) scrape or copy content; (iv) transmit harmful code; or (v) misrepresent yourself.
Ownership. Keeble and Sons (or its licensors) owns all Site content, including text, images, branding, and code. Reproduction without consent is prohibited.
Fees. Quoted prices appear in your written service agreement. Payment timing and refund policies are governed by that agreement.
End of Use. Keeble and Sons may terminate your Site access at its discretion. Provisions that by their nature should survive will survive termination.
No Warranties. Keeble and Sons disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. Site use is at your own risk.
Cap on Damages. Liability of Keeble and Sons arising under these Terms is limited, in total, to the fees paid by you in the prior 12-month period.
Indemnity. You agree to defend and indemnify Keeble and Sons from claims, including reasonable attorney fees, that result from your use of the Site or breach of these Terms.
Applicable Law. These Terms are construed under TN law. The parties consent to venue and jurisdiction in TN for any related dispute.
Term Changes. Keeble and Sons may modify these Terms at any time. Updates take effect upon posting on this Site, and continued use is deemed acceptance.
